C. Jarakae Jensen

Managing Director of Research & Development/Quality Control

UNITED STATES - Jarakae Jensen is the Managing Director of Noni Research, Product Development, and Process Research/Quality Control at Tahitian Noni International. He has been involved with the research and development of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice and other TAHITIAN NONI® products. He also helped design the state-of-the-art Research and Development Center at Tahitian Noni International.

Jarakae received a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Chinese and earned a master’s degree in Food Science. Prior to joining the TNI team, he worked for Bilmar Foods, a division of Sara Lee Foods, as a Manager of Research and Development. At TNI, Jarakae is responsible for continued research and development in relation to the noni fruit. He has been instrumental in ensuring patents for research conducted on noni seed oil, noni fruit fiber, and noni leaf extract.
