Fit Expo 2005 Fittest Couple
UNITED STATES - Champion bodybuilders Holly and Mike Semanoff know the importance of being physically fit. In their active lifestyle they push themselves to the limit, and sometimes beyond. They both believe in being active outside of the gym atmosphere, and prefer to use their physical abilities to enjoy life outside in nature.
They both remark, “In a lifestyle like ours, you can’t afford to lose focus on the task at hand. Your recovery time and mental agility must be highly tuned. Holly is a certified yoga instructor and a figure competitor. She teaches yoga at Utah Valley University, Novell, and the Yoga Studio. She is the NGA Northwest overall figure champion and is qualified to compete at the professional level. Holly also won the 2005 NPC Utah Gold Cup.
Mike is a microbiologist and skydive freefall photographer. He has also taken first place in the heavy weight division at the NGA Northwest Natural Bodybuilding Championships and was a Top 10 finisher in the Utah Summer Games Triathlon event.
The Semanoffs have been featured in magazines such as Iron Man, Fitness & Physique, and Steele Jungle. In addition to their daily physical activities, they also enjoy swimming, paragliding, archery, and backpacking.
