a. Category 1: An identification document showing your photograph (for example, a driver's license or passport or ID card or student card, etc.)
b. Category 2: An identification document showing your address (for example, a bank statement or utility bill or solicitor's letter or accountant's letter or employer's letter or teacher's letter, etc.)
