UNITED STATES - In the more than five years that he has been with Tahitian Noni International, Dr. Robert Ogden has led the manufacturing technology development effort for a number of products, including freeze concentrated Morinda citrifolia puree, nutritional supplements for animals, Tahiti Trim® Plan 40® products, TAHITIAN NONI® Juice Concentrate, syrup for the TAHITIAN NONI  Café™, and TNI’s Smart Extracts™. 

Prior to his joining TNI, Dr. Ogden was employed for 28 years in the cheese and dairy/food processing industry. He helped develop and successfully commercialize spoon-and-bake cookie dough; ready-to-bake pie crusts; compound chocolate chips; a number of processed and imitation cheese varieties; many customized Italian cheese varieties for industrial accounts; and reduced fat, low-fat, and fat-free cheese varieties. His experience includes management in product development, sensory analysis, and regulatory compliance.
