Martial Arts Champion
Jennifer Guiola has been involved with martial arts since she was five years old. Now, 22 years later she is one of the top competitors in Brazilian Jiu-Jutsu and submission wrestling, winning titles, world cups, and more all over the world.
Guiola has been drinking TAHITIAN NONI™ Juice since 1997. “My mom was one of the first people to introduce this amazing supplement to Scandinavia, and thanks to her I’ve been drinking it ever since. I strongly believe that this is one of the major reasons for my victories and success, and I plan to keep it that way.”
Guiola trains 2-4 times a day, mixing weightlifting, swimming, running, and martial arts training. She also works as a bouncer at some of the biggest nightsclubs in the city. “The schedule allows me to train during the day, and I use the money to go to Brazil and prepare for the biggest and most important competitions.”
Although her line of work is extremely vigorous and demanding, Guiola confesses, “I wouldn’t change my choice of lifestyle for anything. When I’m up there on the 1st place podium, receiving the medal and knowing that I’m the best of the best, all the hard work becomes worth it.”
