Mike Campbell

World Class Guitartist

Mike Campbell is a world famous guitarist, songwriter, and record producer. He is best known for playing lead guitar in the band Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Mike has been with the band since their early days in Gainesville, Florida, and has co-written some of the band’s biggest hits, including: “Refugee,” “Runnin’ Down A Dream,” and “You Wreck Me,” among others. He has played on all 20 Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers records and co-produced 15 of them. Mike also has his own band, The Dirty Knobs, who perform up and down the west coast.
